The IC is built in the Quad Flat No-Lead (WQFN) package. It has 40 terminals, and its exposed pad is connected to the ground to receive sufficient current.  RT6908 IC is made by Richtek.

RT6908 is a boost and buck converter IC with high current output capability, making it a unique IC for power management of large-screen LCD TVs and monitor panels. Its input voltage range is 9 volts to 16 volts.


RT6908 IC Input and Output Voltage Details:

Vin: The input or operating voltage is 9 volts to 16 volts, as LCD panels require.

AVDD: For most LCD panels, the AVDD voltage is 15.6 volts. VGH- 35.5 Volts. VI/O: 3.3 Volts.

VGL:  -6 Volts, Vcore: 1.1 Volts.
