General Description of DP2263 IC and its Features
DP2263 IC: Although it has only six pins and is a very small IC, its internal circuit has several essential functions, making its performance so perfect that it is used worldwide in various electronic devices. The high-performance DP2263 IC has an integrated current mode PWM controller for offline flyback converter applications. This IC is built on DEPOW's smooth foldback and hybrid jitter technology.
Despite its small size, the DP2263 IC has several types of protection functions. Its overload protection (OVPL) system effectively protects against overcurrent flow in the voltage output section. Moreover, this IC has VDD over-voltage protection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limit mode (OCP), OLP or over-voltage protection, floating protection for all pins, and short-to-ground protection. In a word, this IC offers all types of protection technology.

DP2263 IC pinout and pin functions
Here are the pinout details and explanation of DP2233 IC
Pin 1. GND Pin, This pin is connected to the live line section's DC ground or negative supply.
Pin 2. FB or Feedback Pin. The FB or voltage feedback pin is connected to the collector of the isolated optocoupler to keep the output voltage constant. The Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) duty cycle is determined by the voltage level of this pin.
Pin 3. RT. This pin is the frequency setting pin of the IC's internal oscillator. A resistor is connected from this pin to the ground. This resistor's (R4) value determines the oscillator's frequency range.
Pin 4. CS Pin. It is the Current Sense Pin. This pin is connected to the source terminal of the SMPS regulator output MOSFET.
Pin 5. VDD. VDD is voltage for drain-to-drain. This pin provides a power supply to the internal circuit of DP2263 IC.
Pin 6. Gate. The gate pin is connected to the get terminal of the external MOSFET. The PWM signal pulse is output from this pin.
Equivalent or substitute IC of DP2263 IC
